WGP’s crewing service is aimed at selected clients who do not have the need to employ marine and seismic personnel on a full-time basis but require the guarantee that selected personnel can be available to them on a repeatable basis for important seismic missions or scientific/academic cruises. When providing this service, we utilise only our own employees or long-term subcontractors who are all dedicated to the WGP Group activities.

WGP’s also operates a training initiative that supports all the different aspects of the Company’s activities. In particular, clients are given the necessary support and individually designed training programmes to ensure the efficient operation of any equipment designed or supplied by WGP. The company also offers training facilities for new personnel joining the geophysical industry and for manufacturers to teach new skills required for new equipment to existing geophysical personnel.
